Director of Strategy & Communications
Kirsty is a senior strategist and communications advisor with over 15 years’ experience delivering campaigns that cut through, shift perceptions, and drive action. Her work spans product marketing, advocacy, lived experience engagement, and political communications—underpinned by a deep understanding of how to craft messages that move people and policy.
She’s led national campaigns that repositioned complex products, turned stakeholder scepticism into buy-in, and delivered record-breaking engagement. Whether writing UX copy for a digital tool, briefing media under pressure, or building a brand from scratch, she brings clarity to every touchpoint and purpose to every word.
Kirsty’s background includes shaping co-design processes with lived experience experts, building digital campaigns that convert, and navigating tight-turnaround public affairs environments. She knows how to land a message when the stakes are high, and how to build long-term trust across community, executive, and political audiences.
