Anaiwan Advisory is a First Nations and Veteran owned and led consultancy supporting organisations to deliver complex work with clarity, care, and cultural accountability. We help teams plan, stabilise, and complete high-stakes procurement, ICT, program delivery, strategy, and communications initiatives, from early design through to sustainable outcomes.
We work where the work matters, timelines are tight, and the path forward isn’t clear. Whether you’re starting something new, course-correcting a project, or scaling impact, we bring structure, momentum, and calm to complexity, ensuring cultural integrity and practical delivery are woven into every decision.
We work nationally with government, community, and corporate teams who are committed to purposeful delivery, cultural accountability and lasting impact.
From the beginning to what’s next
Our story
Anaiwan Advisory started with one person, one desk, and a clear intent: do the work properly, and bring others with you.
Founder Kristopher Wozniak, a proud Anēwan man and Veteran, spent more than a decade working across infrastructure, defence, aviation and government.
He led high-risk probity work, rebuilt supplier systems, and delivered outcomes where stakes were high, and shortcuts weren’t an option.
He saw consulting done at arm’s length, with people writing strategies without understanding the work, no connection to the community, and no commitment to delivery. So, he built something different – Anaiwan Advisory.
Partnering for progress and meaningful outcomes
What we do
We help organisations deliver complex work with clarity and care, from first idea to final outcome.
That includes building something new, navigating tight timeframes, or steadying delivery when projects begin to drift. We bring momentum, structure, and cultural accountability, and support teams to lead with purpose even when the path forward is messy.
You’ll find us designing procurement strategies, co-leading delivery teams, guiding ICT reform, strengthening governance, and making cultural commitments real through systems and practice. Wherever we start, the focus stays the same: outcomes that matter and work done properly.

Guided by values. Driven by change.
Our purpose
We help organisations deliver complex work with clarity, structure, and cultural accountability.
We build what’s needed, fix what isn’t working, and stay long enough to make the change stick. No shortcuts. No noise. Just work that holds.
We embed First Nations leadership into the process as a way of thinking, planning, and delivering that shapes better outcomes for everyone.
Collaborative. Flexible. Focused on impact.
How we work
We stay close to the work and the people doing it.
You’ll find us in workshops, on site visits, during sprint planning, or at regional health meetings, where we listen without an agenda. We don’t need polish to get started. We need a shared sense of what matters — and a willingness to move.
We’ve helped fix broken processes, stabilise risky programs, and turn Reconciliation Action Plans into lived practice. But, we’ve also helped shape from scratch, from building procurement systems for community to guiding ICT delivery across departments.
What we bring is steadiness, clarity, and the right kind of pressure to help things move.

The people behind the purpose
Meet our team
Anaiwan was built to stay close to the work. To cut through the noise. To bring cultural strength and delivery discipline into the same room and stay there until the job’s done. Today, we’re a national team doing exactly that. We design, steady and deliver complex work with calm, clarity and care, and ensure the outcomes stick.
