We support government, health and community partners to scope, review, design and deliver meaningful work, whether it’s a defined project, a layered program, or a problem that hasn’t yet been named.
Some clients bring us in to manage delivery. Others come to us earlier, when they’ve identified a system gap, an emerging need, or a sense that something’s not working but don’t yet know what to do about it.
We help define the problem, explore the path forward, and support your team to plan, build or reset with clarity and care.
Our approach blends delivery expertise with deep listening, cultural safety, and behavioural insight. We support both the what and the how, because the strongest projects and programs are built on more than process.
What we offer
We support projects and programs across four key phases:
- Strategic reviews and readiness assessments
- Needs analysis and stakeholder discovery
- Policy, system or program mapping
- Recommendation development and action planning
You can’t deliver well if you don’t understand what’s needed or why past efforts fell short.
- Program and project design
- Co-design facilitation and implementation planning
- Agile delivery and sprint-based support
- Project management and coordination
Big strategies need small steps and real accountability to work.
- Internal and external communications planning
- Stakeholder alignment and decision-making support
- Change management and transition navigation
- Culturally safe delivery frameworks
Delivery is emotional, cultural and relational not only operational.
- Mid-point reviews and project reflection
- End-of-cycle evaluations
- Impact assessments and stakeholder feedback
- Forward planning and lessons learned
Sustainable programs evolve and you need insight to know how.

We don’t separate delivery from culture.
We don’t treat engagement like an add-on.
We don’t use boilerplate methods for complex, values-driven work.
Our approach is:
- Adaptive and collaborative

- Experienced across government, health and community
Led by strategy but built for people.

Case study: Stabilising high-pressure programs in real time
Client
Australian Border Force (ABF)
Challenge
ABF was leading a high-stakes, multi-agency initiative under national scrutiny. The program had multiple moving parts, conflicting priorities, and a delivery environment that demanded clarity, control, and real-time support. Existing structures weren’t keeping pace with delivery expectations.
Outcome
Delivery regained traction. Decision-makers had the visibility they needed. And key outcomes progressed without unnecessary noise or disruption. Our advisors stayed embedded until momentum and confidence were restored.
