Adam brings deep cyber expertise and steady delivery leadership to high-stakes environments. With experience across Defence, the Australian Cyber Security Centre and multiple Commonwealth agencies, he supports clients through complex ICT planning, procurement, delivery and recovery.
Adam leads this work with a clear head and calm style making policy frameworks, risk obligations and vendor oversight feel manageable.
Supported by a growing multidisciplinary team of cyber, ICT, procurement and project delivery specialists. Our team includes advisors with expertise in vendor risk management, public sector procurement, policy translation, agile delivery, and culturally safe implementation.
