Procurement & Probity Advisory Services
Procurement that supports progress — with care, clarity and trust.
We help government, defence, health, and community organisations manage procurement and probity processes that are clear, compliant, and grounded in real-world delivery.
You might be launching a complex tender, refreshing a panel that’s been on pause too long, or navigating a high-risk engagement that needs careful handling.
Whatever the challenge, we support your team to deliver — without the stress, silos, or second-guessing. We don’t hand over frameworks and disappear. We work with you, in the room and in the detail, from the first conversation to the final outcome.
What we offer
We support procurement from early planning to evaluation and improvement. Our work is practical, responsive, and tailored to the people delivering it.
We help define what’s needed, build the roadmap, and make sure you’re ready to engage the market.
We draft and review tender documentation that reflects your goals, risks and context.
We guide you through scoring, governance, decision-making and documentation, step by step.
We manage risks, address conflicts, and protect process integrity especially in environments where scrutiny is high.
We establish new panels or update existing ones, supporting you through market approach, evaluation, contract setup and internal communications.
We help land negotiations clearly and build relationships that last beyond the procurement itself.
We assess what’s working, fix what’s not, and support capability through better systems, documents and team alignment.
You can engage us to run a whole process or to help where it’s most needed. We scale and flex because you already have enough on your plate.
Defence and high-risk procurement
We’ve worked with Defence, DFAT and other national agencies on sensitive procurement projects including classified supplier engagement, multi-agency governance, and panel setups where timing and trust matter.
Our team understands what’s required when the stakes are high:
- Absolute discretion
- Clear documentation
- Consistent governance
- Quick ramp-up, minimal overhead
We’re panel-listed, security-cleared where needed, and used to walking the line between urgency and integrity.
How we work
- We don’t reinvent your systems. We work with them.
- We spend time understanding how your team works, where the pressure points are, and how we can help without making more work. Sometimes that’s by leading a process end to end. Other times it’s behind the scenes reviewing documents, advising on probity, or supporting staff who are doing it all for the first time.
- We’re calm when things are urgent. Clear when things are messy. Present when you need us and gone when the job’s done.
- We’re First Nations-led, panel-approved, and comfortable in high-risk environments but easy to work with in everyday ones too.

Case study: Embedding cultural accountability in high-stakes procurement
Client
Victorian Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action (DEECA)
Challenge
DEECA needed to embed cultural expectations into a high-value procurement process. The work was under pressure, with senior scrutiny, tight timeframes, and real risk of cultural commitments becoming compliance footnotes.
Outcome
Procurement closed on time, with cultural accountability embedded from the start. Suppliers understood what was expected and why. Internal teams gained tools they could use beyond the project. The outcome wasn’t just compliant — it was culturally grounded, commercially robust, and ready to scale.
